The Life Skills Council offers two nationally recognized certifications designed to elevate the quality, consistency, and credibility of life skills instruction for group-based teaching.

  • Certified Life Skills Instructor℠ (CLSI℠): The CLSI credential empowers educators to deliver practical, performance-based instruction across a range of essential life skills. Certified instructors gain a flexible framework and turnkey tools to effectively teach topics such as healthy living, effective communication and interpersonal relations, career readiness, time management, household management, critical thinking, decision-making, stress management, and civic responsibility.
